Handling inquiries
In this demo, form input is used only for fictional tests. In a live installation, the service may process a name, at least one contact method, postal code and cleaning request. Address, preferred date and message are optional. Do not submit health information or other sensitive personal data. In a live installation, inquiries are stored in a protected database. The operator may receive an email notification without contact and address data. Processing for a requested service or pre-contractual inquiry may be based on the applicable legal basis; the production operator must confirm that basis. Before production use, the operator must list hosting and email providers, data-processing arrangements, international transfers, retention including backups, data-subject rights and the appropriate supervisory contact.
Technical functions
There are no advertising trackers, external fonts or marketing cookies in this demo. The administrator area uses an essential protected session cookie for up to eight hours. The public estimate form does not require a cookie. A short-lived pseudonymous network signal may be used in memory to limit abuse. Hosting providers may keep technical access logs; production details must be described by the operator.
