Privacy Policy

KlarraumApp processes company-application and trial-registration details to evaluate access, create a workspace after verification, prevent abuse and provide support. We collect the contact details and company information entered in the form, plus essential security and service logs.

Roles and data

KlarraumApp is responsible for its platform registration data. A cleaning company remains responsible for the customer, worker and job data it enters into its own workspace. That relationship requires a separate data-processing agreement before production use.

Retention and sharing

Pending verification records expire. Active workspace data, backups, hosting, email and payment-provider details require the production operator's final contact, provider and retention information before live launch. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers in this demo.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion or information about processing through the contact published by the production operator. This pre-launch template is not the final policy until the operator identity and providers are completed.
